Bank of Africa, and Impact Global Conduct Due Diligence Visits to Project Sites in Kano State
With the DARES project already in motion, AlFuttaim Nigeria Limited welcomed representatives from the Bank of Africa, and Impact Global as they visited project sites in Kano State to assess progress and reaffirm their support for the World Bank-funded initiative.

In a significant move toward advancing project development in Northern Nigeria, a high-level delegation from the Bank of Africa and Impact Global on Monday 13th October 2015 conducted a due diligence site visit to two key project locations in Kano State: Maryam Rogo in Warawa LGA and Ballagaza in Gabasawa LGA.
During the site assessments, the teams evaluated infrastructure readiness, environmental considerations, and alignment with both local priorities and international best practices. Discussions were also held with community representatives to better understand local needs and ensure inclusive project design.
Representatives from Bank of Africa and Impact Global reiterated their confidence in the project pipeline and their support for sustainable, high-impact ventures in emerging markets.

The visit concluded with a shared resolution among all parties to fast-track the next phase of evaluation, leading toward final investment decisions.
This site visit marks a key milestone in strengthening investor confidence and demonstrates the proactive steps being taken to ensure transparency, accountability, and long-term success of the project.
